After years in Healthcare Marketing, I retrained as a Nutrition Therapist and Wellness Coach to help women over 45 feel energised, confident and in control of their health again. As we age our body is going through many changes which can make us feel overwhelmed and lost especially when having to continue with everyday’s life challenges.

I believe prevention is better than cure. I am passionate about helping women embrace healthy eating, regular activity, mindfulness, and good sleeping habits.
Together, we will make lifelong changes that boost your energy, support healthy weight, and reduce the risk of age-related conditions.

This is not a quick fix solution but a lifestyle change Whether you have been advised by your healthcare practitioner to change your diet or decided for yourself it is time to take control of your health; whether you are going through the peri-menopause or are post-menopausal, we can work together on creating a programme that works for you.
