What is the consultation process?
The consultation process involves an initial free of charge telephone call to understand your health goals and concerns and check if my services can meet your needs.


Step two will consist of you answering a standard questionnaire and completing a food diary prior to our first consultation.


At the first session, which will be the longest, we will review your answers and go through an in-depth assessment together.

I will then create a customised nutrition plan to address your specific needs which will be presented and discussed during session 2.

Along the journey we will set and review your wellness goals.

 

The duration of the programme varies based on individual requirements and goals. Results are typically noticeable within a few weeks, but long-term benefits are achieved through consistent dedication and adherence to the programme.

Wellness coaching provides personalised support and guidance to help you navigate challenges, set achievable goals, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The process empowers you to make sustainable changes and prioritize your Wellbeing. This is your journey.

  • Initial Introduction Call (15-20min) Free
  • Session one (90-120min) £110
  • Follow-up sessions (30-40min) £60 per session
  • Payments to be made no later than 48hrs before the session time via bank transfer. 
  • Cancellations made within two hours of a session start time cannot be refunded
